At Resolute, our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt.
Return Process
To arrange a return, we kindly ask you to contact us via email at support@resolutegarments.com or by using the contact form on our website. It is important to notify us of your return before sending the product back. Returns without prior notification unfortunately cannot be processed.
Return Conditions
When returning a product, please adhere to the following conditions:
- The product must not show any signs of wear, except for trying on the product.
- The product must be unwashed.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all attached labels.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, and provided it meets our return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
Shipping Costs and Responsibility
Please be aware that original shipping costs are not reimbursed, and you are responsible for the costs of return shipping. We recommend returning the item with a tracking code to ensure it does not get lost during transit. We do not accept responsibility for lost packages.
